    unique decor
    stocked fridge
    limited breakfast

The rooms feature unique decorations with cozy, homey touches that make you feel right at ease. Plenty of room for relaxation with a fridge stocked with local goodies for breakfast, including tasty breads.

Breakfast is only offered for the first morning, so be prepared to figure out your own meals after that—a bit of a surprise. Beds on the softer side may not suit everyone, especially if you prefer a firmer mattress. Also, keep in mind the pricing might be a bit high for some, although it is still a lovely place to stay.

A relaxing retreat in New Braunfels

Our Texas Cottage was beautifully decorated and well-stocked with everything we needed. The inviting front porch was perfect for enjoying the chilly mornings with a cup of coffee.

We had to make additional plans for the remaining mornings.

The One-Bedroom Cottage was a fantastic spot for our family. We loved starting our mornings on the adorable front porch with delicious pastries from the local bakery. The place was clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the quiet neighborhood, which felt a world away yet was close to the attractions like the McKenna Children's Museum and Landa Park. A huge highlight was the inviting shared spaces that made it easy to relax after our outings.

Our stay was really enjoyable! We loved the cottage's coziness and the easy stroll to the Comal River. With our two grown kids, we found plenty to do nearby, especially enjoying the local breakfast pastries. Julie and Brent were so welcoming!

My kids wished for a few more breakfast options.

The Classic Quadruple Room was super comfy! The decor was charming, and the bed felt like heaven after a long day. I loved the private outdoor sitting area—it was perfect for morning coffee. Plus, parking right outside was a breeze. Only downside? Could’ve used a bit more space for our things.

    wi-fi connectivity issues

The accommodation is situated in a quiet neighborhood that's conveniently close to downtown, making it easy to explore local restaurants and quaint shops. The continental breakfast exceeded our expectations with a delicious local bakery item, making mornings a true delight. The owners exude warmth, personalizing our stay with thoughtful treats and friendly conversation.

While our overall experience was positive, the Wi-Fi connection was somewhat unreliable during our stay.
